The proposed urban landscape reveals the city by creating a hierarchy of spaces. Drawn in strict alignment, the blocks form a strong and variable skyline from the city, while the different treatments on the scale of the neighborhood enhance the relationship to the surface and to the inhabitants.
The set of invariants, structuring urban principles, make it possible in this area to strengthen the uniqueness of the place and to affirm its personality while respecting a coherent overall framework.
The starting point of our project is based on the strata and on the different scales of the city: the distant city, the “intermediate” city, the pedestrian city.
Each represents a journey and tells a story that expresses the different modes of residing and the specific urban relationships entailed.
Avoiding architectural stacking, the building’s strata are distinct and blend into a coherent whole, which reflects the program’s different typologies and sequences.
With a “shared garden” heart, it conveys the symbolic and functional ambitions of a city in constant evolution.
